MemberShip Card System

Hawks P&T issues membership cards to all members.  Pictures of everyone included under your membership (excluding babysitters or nannies) need to be taken of your family.  Stop in at the pool and have them taken if you have not done so and if you do not have your membership cards.  Up to 4 cards will be issued for free and additional cards can be purchased for $5/card over 4 (up to 4 additional, 8 total cards).  These cards will be used from year to year.  Please do not discard them at the end of the season, to avoid being charged for replacements.

Member Check-In

A staff member will monitor entry and one member will be required to swipe their card upon entry. Names and photos for each person included in the membership will be accessed upon entry into the pool by swiping your membership card.  The member information on the computer will contain information including names of adults and children, address, phone number.  This information must be kept up-to-date.  There will be a $5 charge per time, billed monthly, for forgotten cards.

Guests

Guest pass cards with 10 guest passes per card are available for purchase at the front desk for $50.  If purchasing more than one card at a time, each additional card can be purchased for $40.  The card will be punched, one punch for each guest over the age of two, upon check-in by the member and guest(s).  Names of guests will be recorded alongside the member name in the Attendance Log.  Guest privileges are good for the entire day and evening, however guests MUST be accompanied by a member at all times while on the premises.  Members are directly responsible for the conduct of their guests and must instruct them of pool rules. Hawks Landing Pool and Tennis Club is not responsible for lost or stolen guest pass cards.

In addition, members can pay a daily fee of $5/individual (under two years old is free) or $15/family or the weekly fee of $20/individual or $50/family for guests.  These fees must be paid with cash or check upon check-in with the member. The weekly fee is meant to accommodate out-of-town visitors of members. If a member plans to bring 5 or more guests to the pool, please make arrangements beforehand with the pool manager.

Babysitters

Babysitters who are not immediate members of the pool member's family will be admitted to the pool at no additional charge to the member while taking care of a member's children. The sitter must have one of the family membership cards to scan upon entry.
