We offer a full range of brand new Life Fitness equipment, including well maintained cardio machines, free weights and resistance training. All of our cardio machines have the ability to connect to TV, internet, Bluetooth and many other integrated apps. Our convenient location within the Hawks Landing clubhouse makes it easier to fit a consistent exercise routine into your busy life.

About our Fitness Director
Jessica graduated from the University of Wisconsin- Whitewater with a B.S.E in Health and Human Performance and a Minor in Health Promotion. With a background in dance and yoga, her passion for health and fitness started at a young age. Jessica started her career in 2012 by getting her Personal Training Certification through ACE and began Personal Training and teaching a large range of Group Fitness classes at UW-Whitewater her Freshman year of college. Bringing out her “yogi” self, she has always found it important for her clients to have proper form, flexibility, balance, mobility and a strong core base to work as building blocks for success.
